At  The Jc Collections, we manufacture and market products with excellent quality standards, therefore, they are fully guaranteed. Customers should read very well the use and washing instructions and the use and care labels.

However, if the garment shows quality defects despite proper use, during the warranty period, or if it arrives imperfect, we will proceed as indicated below:

Products are guaranteed for 5 days from the date of invoice of the product.

The response of the warranty approval will be subject to the result of the technical evaluation performed The Jc Collections.
